The Specialist Pharmacy Service WHO good practice repository is currently open for submissions.
Our aim is to increase significantly the content of the repository prior to the official launch of the NHS Medicines Safety Programme. It’s expected that the repository will be a key resource in supporting good practice as part of that programme in the future.
Any item of good practice relating to the WHO Medication Without Harm Global Patient Safety Challenge domains or early action priority areas can be submitted for consideration and potential inclusion. After submission, each item will be assessed against a set of criteria prior to publication as part of this resource. We’ll work with submitters to best capture good practice as necessary.
A submission form and the criteria against which each submission will be assessed are published below.
To submit your or your team’s work, download and complete the submissions form, and then email a copy of your completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Submissions will be open until 7th January 2019. During January and February we’ll work through and assess the examples we’ve received, and we’ll contact each submitter to let them know how things are progressing.
